5 Star Hotel
Getting your Cash Back check is easy:
- Simply choose the Five Star Property where you wish to stay.
- Contact the On Fire Miracle Travel Desk via telephone or email and provide the details of the property.
- The On Fire Miracle Travel Desk will book the reservation on your behalf and confirm your rate.
- Payment to reserve the room(s) and pay for the hotel stay is secured by your credit card.
After you complete your stay, fax or email a copy of your paid hotel invoice to the On Fire Miracle Travel Desk. You will be issued a check for $200 USD within 14 Calendar Days of receipt of your paid hotel invoice by the On Fire Miracle Travel Desk.
Upon completion of your 7 night or longer stay, email of fax a copy of your hotel bill to the travel desk.
Reservations must be at a Five Star Property for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive calendar nights. A copy of the paid hotel invoice must be received by the On Fire Miracle Travel Desk within 60 calendar days after completion of the hotel stay. Hotel invoices received after 60 Calendar Days will not be accepted.
The On Fire Miracle Five Star Hotel Program is available only to On Fire Miracle Blaze and Ignite Level Associates. In order to qualify for the Cash Back check, the On Fire Miracle Associate making the reservation must be one of the travelers.
This offer may not be combined with any other On Fire Miracle Travel offer. ON FIRE MIRACLE, Inc reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Five Star Hotel Program at any time without notice.
* Qualifying stay must be seven (7) consecutive nights. All travel arrangements must be made through the On Fire Miracle Travel Desk. The credit card used to secure the reservation must bear the name of the On Fire Miracle Independent Business Owner making the reservation.
