OFM is more than a company - we're a family. We are 100 percent family owned and hold ourselves fully accountable to you - the Independent Business Owner, not Wall Street or any anonymous shareholders.

At On Fire Miracle the old saying is very much alive and true - we put people over profits.

We are the only company in the industry that pays out all the Global Pay System money back to the Independent Business Owner. Other companies typically only pay out 35 to 60 percent.

Company CEO

President/CEO Will Williams

Will Williams was born December 13, 1965. Will grew up in Florida and attended college on athletic scholarship. He graduated from The Florida State University and later attended the United States Sports Academy where he would receive his Master of Sports Marketing and Business Management degree. Currently, Will is working on a Doctoral Degree with the Academy.

His great grandfather helped to construct railroads in the panhandle of Florida during the late 1900s/early 2000s. His grandfather was a mill worker, and his father died in an automobile accident when Will was only four years old. His mother had moved away early on, and he was raised by his grandparents. They instilled in him the same work ethic they had used to build railroads and factories for our nation. The infrastructure of Will's life is built on his Christian faith. His successes are a direct reflection of his faith, family, character, integrity and work ethic.

Will achieved many awards in college, but the one that means the most to him is the award for Best Defensive Player Achievement, because he was chosen for this award by his teammates. Will has always been a follower of God and a leader of men. He was always the team captain on every team he played for, from little league up.

He has always been highly successful in all his business ventures, several of which include building homes, real estate and network marketing. Will started building homes in 1983, prior to attending college. He would later go back into building, as well as selling homes. When the market fell a few years ago, Will felt the time was right to go back to college and continue his education. It was at this time that he started looking into network marketing having briefly dabbled in network marketing back in 1995 and enjoyed success. He especially enjoyed the aspects of financial freedom and the opportunity to work from home while building relationships and helping others.

Williams has won many awards with some of top companies as their top producer and enroller, but more importantly, established himself with the right people in the business. Will has founded two internet opportunities, one is a penny auction company the other is an educational opportunity that shows people how to earn money from home. Both are still running today and are highly successful.

Director Of Operations

Flynn McCarthy is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience in Executive and Managerial f acets in both the Hospitality and Sales/Marketing industries. Flynn grew up in the Midwest and learned the value of a great work ethic, honesty and integrity from a very early age.

He has incorporated these core beliefs in his professional endeavors and has been very successful. A few years ago Flynn entered the direct sales field and has compiled a team of over 3000 members in 16 countries.

He enjoys this business tremendously, especially the people he meets from around the world every day. Flynn is a musician during his off time; he also enjoys boating, golf and spending time with his wife and four children. He works hard but also believes it is important to balance work with family time.
