How the On Fire Miracle Bonus Pool works for the Independent Business Owner
Our philosophy at On Fire Miracle is simple - we believe you should be well compensated for building your business. We designed our patent pending Global Pay System to reward you (and not the company) when you work hard, but we also made sure that you wouldn't be building by yourself.
We have four different Bonus Pool levels built into our unique compensation plan. The Bonus Pool is based on 10% of the earnings from the Ignite through Miracle levels.
How to qualify for the Bonus Pool Levels
Flame Level
You personally must have completed one Flame Level Pay Center and have two personally gathered customers that have also completed a Flame Level Pay Center. You and your 2 personally gathered customers must all be active for you to be qualified for the Bonus Pool.Fire Level
You personally must have completed one Fire Level Pay Center and have two personally gathered customers that have also completed at least one Fire Level Pay Center. You and your 2 personally gathered customers must all be active for you to be qualified for the Bonus Pool.Blaze Level
You personally must have completed one Blaze Level Pay Center and have two personally gathered customers that have also completed at least one Blaze Level Pay Center. You and your 2 personally gathered customers must all be active for you to be qualified for the Bonus Pool.Miracle Level
You personally must have completed one Miracle Level Pay Center and have two personally gathered customers that have also completed at least one Miracle Level Pay Center. You and your 2 personally gathered customers must all be active for you to be qualified for the Bonus Pool.Bonus Pool Level Percentages
You can qualify for a share of the 10% Bonus Pool.
Each Pool consists of a different percentage of the Bonus Pool.

Bonus Pool Overview
1) The Bonus pool money is collected throughout the month and placed in a pool.
2) Then it is paid out in percentages to qualified members.
3) If you are qualified at midnight on the last day of the month you will receive bonus pool pay for the level you are qualified for that month.
4) If you are not qualified at midnight on the last day of the month you will not receive bonus pool pay.
