Pay Plan

Our philosophy at On Fire Miracle is simple - we believe you should be well compensated for building your business. We designed our patent pending Global Pay System to reward you (and not the company) when you work hard, but we also made sure that you wouldn't be building by yourself.

The Global Pay System builds two powerful income streams for you - FAST and IMMEDIATE to take care of those pressing financial obligations, and PASSIVE and RESIDUAL so you can continue to earn over a long period of time and create a lasting income.

The heart of the GPS comp plan is our unique Patent-Pending Pay Center concept with over 80% of all income brought into the GPS* is paid out to the IBO's. Pay Centers contain either 6 or 14 open positions. Here's what a typical 6 position and 14-position Pay Center looks like:

Each Pay Center has Business Building Lines and Pay Lines. In a 6 Position Pay Center there are two lines: a 2-Line and a Pay Line. In a 14-position Pay Center there are three: a 2-Line, a 4-Line and a Pay Line

Commissions and business building rewards are generated by filling the open positions on your Pay Lines. Positions inside your Pay Centers can fill several ways:

1. You can directly sponsor another IBO. A Direct Sponsor is someone who enrolled in On Fire Miracle through your referral link. They get placed directly under you in your Profit Center and they will follow you everywhere you go throughout the Global Pay System.

Your Sponsor can fill an open position in your Pay Center. This happens as a result of something called "spillover" and is one of the reasons you are never working your business alone.

Here's how spillover works:

As a general rule, all Pay Centers fill from top to bottom, left to right. In the example below, your Sponsor's first open position in THEIR Pay Center happens to be a spot in YOUR Pay Center as well. They enroll John as an IBO, and John gets placed in your Pay Center filling one of your open positions as well. So one of your positions gets filled without you doing any work at all! That's the power of the GPS comp plan.

The same spillover concept works with your Sponsor's Sponsor who can also place a person in an open position in your Pay Center as well.

3. You can also have a position in your Profit Center filled by one of your directly sponsored IBOs enrolling someone into one of their Profit Centers as well.

Let's say Carmen is in your Pay Center directly underneath you. She spoke with Maria about the incredible opportunity and Maria is excited about joining.

Maria then joins under Carmen and one of your Pay Center positions is passively filled!

4. You can also have a position in your Pay Center filled by activity anywhere in the Global Pay System.

Global Pay Centers are created as IBOs are placed on Pay Lines inside Pay Centers anywhere in the GPS (you will learn what this means in just a moment). When they are created they search the entire Global Pay System from top to bottom, left to right looking for open positions. Whenever one of your open positions is found by a Global Pay Center it is filled immediately and you reap the benefits of passive activity once again!

5. The company itself can fill one of your positions passively

Whenever the company's position creates new Pay Centers (whether Global Pay Centers or Follow Sponsor Pay Centers) they are always re-entered back in the Global Pay System under one of our members. The company could end up in one of your pay centers under you!

Earning Commissions

Whenever someone hits one of your pay line positions you earn a commission. Commissions are paid in one of three ways - to re-enter you back into the Global Pay System on the same level, to leverage you to higher levels where you can earn higher commissions, or paid directly to your personal e-wallet in your commissions back office in real time.

Unlike many other opportunities that make you wait until 6 or more positions are filled, with the On Fire Miracle Global Pay System you can start building you business and earning commissions with as few as 2 members!

Let's look at an example showing how quickly you can earn commissions with the OFM GPS:

The first person to enter into your Pay Center will fill the first open position (left to right) on your 2-Line. In this example it's Carmen:

Once a member is placed under Carmen (or your other 2-Line position) they reach your Pay Line and some pretty cool things begin happening in your business.

Business Expansion

Your Pay Line has either 4 or 8 positions. In each Pay Center, the first Pay Line position and the last, Pay Line position are always used to create additional Pay Centers. When your first Pay Line position is filled on your First Pay Center we reward you by creating a Follow Sponsor Pay Center for you automatically. A Follow Sponsor Pay Center places you in the first open position of your Sponsor's oldest active Follow Sponsor Pay Center. Now you have an additional Pay Center open so your business is starting to grow virally.

When the last Pay Line Position is filled we create a Global Pay Center that fills the first open position anywhere in the Global Pay System on that level.

Commissions are earned as the middle Pay Line Positions are filled. The first time through those commissions are used to either leverage you to the next higher level (if you haven't already paid to be on that level) or are paid directly in your e-wallet.

For example:

If you are currently on the Spark level, you're next level up is the $100 Ignite. In order to move to that level with no out of pocket expenses you would need to use $100 in commission. Since each Pay Line position on the Spark level is worth $50, you would need two positions to earn the necessary $100.

If you are currently on the $100 Ignite level, the next level up would be the $500 Flame level.

Since each Pay Line Position on the Ignite level is worth $100, the first position would create a Global Pay Center and the next 5 Pay Line positions (5 X $100) would be used to purchase your $500 Flame level products and you will be rewarded with a Follow Sponsor Pay Center on the $500 Flame level. From the $500 Flame level to the $1000 Fire level you would use your second and third Pay Line positions ($500 X 2) to purchase your $1000 Fire level products and you will also be rewarded with a Follow Sponsor Pay Center on the $1000 Fire level. The same principle works all the way up to the Miracle level.

Getting Paid

Now that you've built the foundation for long term growth and success it's time to make money!

The remaining Pay Line positions are used to put cash directly in your back office e-wallet.

The first time you complete a paycenter, you are now profitable on any level. The second time and every time there after you complete your pay center you earn even more money. Example: The first time you complete the Flame Level you are entered into the Fire level, re-entered into the flame level twice and you make 2000.00 cash out of which 10 percent goes to the bonus pool and 10 percent goes to the unilevel, so you receive 1600.00 into your e-wallet.

Now beginning with the second time and every time thereafter that you complete the Flame level you will make 3000.00 dollars of which 10 percent goes to the bonus pool and 10 percent goes to the unilevel, so you receive 2400.00 into your e-wallet and you are re-entered into the Flame level twice.

Each Pay Center level has a different commission amount:

  3. 80 Percent commissions / 10 percent to the bonus pool / 10 percent to the unilevel bonus plan

Section I General Rules and Definitions:

Active Member: Someone who is current with his or her 10.00 monthly administration fee and in good standing with the company.

Qualified Member: Someone who is current with their $10.00 monthly administration fee and has earned 30 points.

Digital package - Points Earned and Maximum Inactive Earnings:

  • 10 points if you are active with your administration fee
  • 10 additional points are earned for every 1st generation member you have that has actviated their Digital membership.

Any member can earn up to $150.00 without making any sale as long as they are active. At any point in time they become inactive they will at that point in time, stop earning commissions until they become active again. Any member after earning $150.00 must be qualified to earn any additional income. If they are qualified and become unqualified and have already exceeded the $150.00 grace limit they will at that point in time stop earning income until they become qualified again.


Travel package - Points Earned and Maximum Inactive Earnings:

  • 10 points if you are active with your administration fee
  • 10 additional points are earned for every 1st generation member you have that has actviated their appropriate Travel Package membership(Vacation/Resort).

Vacation Package - Any member can earn up to $1050.00 without making any sale as long as they are active. At any point in time they become inactive they will at that point in time, stop earning commissions until they become active again. Any member after earning $1050.00 must be qualified to earn any additional income. If they are qualified and become unqualified and have already exceeded the $1050.00 grace limit they will at that point in time stop earning income until they become qualified again.


Resort Package - Any member can earn up to $3150.00 without making any sale as long as they are active. At any point in time they become inactive they will at that point in time, stop earning commissions until they become active again. Any member after earning $3150.00 must be qualified to earn any additional income. If they are qualified and become unqualified and have already exceeded the $3150.00 grace limit they will at that point in time stop earning income until they become qualified again.
